Day 4 brought a new level of creativity and connection.
The morning began with a unique session on communication through embodiment — an interactive workshop where participants learned to express emotions and ideas using only their bodies. Movement, gestures, and rhythm replaced words, revealing new ways of understanding and connecting with others. 💃🤲
Next, we explored the body–mind connection, discovering how our physical presence can influence how we communicate and feel. Participants shared how these exercises helped them open up, gain confidence, and experience a sense of unity within the group. 🧘♀️✨
In the afternoon, we shifted focus to opportunities within the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps. The session inspired participants to think about their future projects, mobility experiences, and how they can continue to make a difference in their local communities. 🌍🚀
The Ukrainian group led the daily reflection, followed by an evening organized by Polish and Slovak participants, filled with laughter, music, and cultural sharing. 🎶💙
💬 “My body can speak even when words can’t.”
💬 “Erasmus+ opens doors to endless possibilities.”
